Towers of the Prophet is a game I made in seven days for the June 2011 Experimental Gameplay Project.  The theme was “Mashup” and the game is a mix of twin-stick shooter, Diablo-style hack and slash and tower defense.  You are a warrior-prophet charged with purifying the land of evil corruption.  You must collect the souls of your fallen enemies and cleanse them on the altar to purify the land. 

You control the prophet with WASD, swing your weapon with left mouse button, and build and upgrade towers with the right mouse button.
